3. Pages: Page consists of static data, i.e the contents remain unchanged or constant. Page always has the same prebuilt content each time the page is loaded.

To Add Pages,

Go to Agent Panel > Tools > Knowledge Base > Pages > Add Pages

• Name: Enter the name of the page which you would like to publish.
• Description: Enter the content inside the description that you would like to publish

Publish:

• Status: Here the status can be selected as published if you would like to publish the page immediately or it can be saved in Drafts.
• Visibility: You can set it as public or private based on your priority.

1. Public: All the users including the user who are not logged in can see the Pages.
2. Private: Only the logged in users, agents and admins can see the Pages.

To view All Pages,

Go to Agent Panel > Tools > Knowledge Base > Pages > All Pages Here we can see all the pages created, which can be deleted, edited or viewed.
