To view the internals notes,

Go to Inbox > Open a ticket > You will find the internal notes below ticket details.

  • Internal notes helps you collaborate within your team.
  • Here the notes written can be shared with the agents/admins.
  • It helps you understand the current status/progress of the ticket.
  • Internal notes are not visible to the clients.
