Faveo File Storage

Faveo Provides two kind of file storage

• File system
• Database

File system is further divided in two kind of storage

• Private - To store ticket attachments
• Public - To store KB files such as images used in KB

Private folder path: storage/app/private

Public folder path: public/upload

Details:

• Private folder content are not publicly accessible, whereas public folder content are publicly accessible
• Database storage is always private
• To change between database to file system go to Admin Panel >> Settings >> Storage
