Close Ticket Workflow

Applicable editions: Faveo Helpdesk Community and Faveo Servicedesk Community

Automate your ticket closure window, this module can be used to create a workflow that closes tickets after a certain period of time, where the last conversation was from the agent. To set the workflow for closing ticket.

Go to Admin panel> Ticket> Close Ticket Workflow Settings

CloseTicketWorkflow No. of days: Enter the number of days (following the agent’s last reply) after which the ticket will automatically close.

Send email to user: If you want to send a notification mail to user when his/her ticket has been automatically closed, click Yes.

Ticket Status: Use the drop-down menu to select whether you want closed tickets to be automatically set as Resolved or Closed.

Save your settings and continue.
