Comments and Settings of KB

Comments: This field displays the list of comments that are posted below the articles or pages published by the end users.

Go to Agent Panel > Tools > Knowledge Base > Comments

  • You can click on Publish to display the comment on the article.
  • If you don’t wish to see the comments on the article or pages you can always delete them using the Delete option.

Settings: Knowledge base status can be set to Active/Inactive using settings.

  • Active: Here the articles will be visible to the end users.
  • Inactive: Here the articles are not visible to the end users, but are visible to the agents and admins.
  • Number of elements to display: Here you can enter the number of articles or comments you would like to see on the same page.
  • Click Submit and continue.
