Configuring LDAP Authentication for Faveo
This walkthrough will list steps with screenshots on how to configure LDAP Authentication for Faveo Helpdesk advanced
Step1: Login as admin Panel and click on “Plugin”
Step2 : Find Ldap and click on “Activate”
Step3: Then click on “Setting” from Ldap options
Step4: Enter the Exact information according to your configuration and click on “Save”
Then you will get a success message
Note: If you didn’t get success message please review the details you have provided
Step5: Once you are configured Ldap successfully click on “Import Users” to import the users from your Active Directory to faveo
Note: User will be imported in the basis of the Search Basis that you have provided
