Assign ticket

Applicable editions: Faveo Helpdesk Community and Faveo Servicedesk Community

To view the Assign option,

Go to Inbox > Open a ticket > At the top right there is an Assign option.

  • Select assign and you can choose the name to who you would like to assign the ticket to.
  • You can assign the ticket to an Agent Or Department Or Team.
