  1. Article: To add an article,

Go to Agent Panel > Tools > Knowledge Base > Article > Add Article

Article

  • Name: Enter the name of the article which you would like to publish.
  • Description: Enter the content inside the description that you would like to publish.

After entering the above fields, make sure to select a category for your article, before you publish.

Publish

  • Status: Here the status can be selected as published if you like to publish the article immediately or it can be saved in Drafts.
  • Visibility: You can set it as public or private based on your priority.
  1. Public: All the users including the user who are not logged in can see the Articles.
  2. Private: Only the logged in users, agents and admins can see the Articles.

To view All Articles,

Go to Agent Panel > Tools > Knowledge Base > Article > All Article This field displays all the templates you have created, which can be deleted or edited.
