Faveo Feedback & Customisation

We are a bootstrapped company based out of Bangalore, India. To sustain ourself and keep building Faveo and making it better each month, We charge $16 per hour for customisation cost.

Our suggestion:

1. For any new feature request make a group, so that the customisation cost can be split among multiple people than being borne by one person.

2. For Basic features missing or bug update we work on priority and don't charge anything extra, do check our Roadmap here https://www.faveohelpdesk.com/faveo-helpdesk-road-map/

3. Look at Pro edition, it has more features compared with Community edition, May be some feature you are looking at is already available in Pro edition
