OCFL Validator Codes

OCFL Team will be responsible for creating and maintaining a validator.

Our hope is that there will be several independently created validators that report errors (corresponding with MUST in the specification) and warnings (with SHOULD in the specification) in a consistent manner. To this end, there is a list of validator codes maintained in this github repository:

Discussion and changes should be made through the usual issue and pull request process.
