Notes

Change the meeting time:

Alternate times for the benefit of those in Pacific timezone.

Two Decisions: 1. Should we alternate: Yes 2. when should we do it?: Next meeting (10 June) will be at the alternate time

New time: 20:00 EDT (17:00 PDT / 10:00 AEST / 01:00 BST)

-- Issues and PRs in extensions were reviewed and merged.

-- Discussion on issue #474. Decision was to disallow custom parameters. Andrew will take this forward with a PR and add the approriate code to the validators.

Release semantics:

• Point releases 0.0.X: Typos, bugfixes. Can be applied at any time without breaking client compatibility.
• Minor releases 0.X.0: Only backwards compatible changes, MAYs. Can have knock-on effects to what clients support.
• Major releases X.0.0: All bets are off

There is no expectation that we cannot continue to make clarifying changes to the spec in point releases, and that implementers need to change anything to maintain compatibility with point releases.

Road to Release:

• June 30th is the release date (!!!!)
• We will announce this intention at the Community call next week (10 June). Last call for issues. Will need to send a corresponding e-mail to the OCFL community list for the benefit of those who cannot attend the meeting.
• Andrew H. will do the release management; 0.9 ASAP, 1.0 on the 30th. He will submit the appropriate MRs.
• We will send announcements to the external lists when we have released, and do the requisite PR arround this release.
