1. Move to ReSpec

   • Consideration: desire to have plain-text rendition of spec

2. Separate into two documents: normative and non-normative?

   • Main idea is that substantial implementation notes (all non-normative) should be separate from specification (mostly normative)

3. Avoid the use of the word ‘collection’ in the OCFL Spec — use ‘storage root’ instead?
