2. OCFL Java Meeting Update

   • Notes from the meeting
   • Consensus on moving ocfl-java into OCFL github org
   • Guidelines for OCFL Projects - where should we put this document so that it isn't just a google doc that floats?
     • Rosalyn move out of the Google doc and create a page on OCFL.io
   • Create a readme.md for the OCFL GitHub Organization; documentation
     • Andrew create an organization readme
   • Maven groupid will likely change to 'io.ocfl'
     • Neil is working on this with Tom Wrobel
     • This will require engagement from ocfl.io domain owner in order to publish in Sonatype
   • Initial ocfl-java committers were discussed
   • Peter and Wisc are going to update the readme for OCFL Java and then they should be ready to transfer
   • Question about CLAs for projects.
     • Samvera and Fedora recently got rid of these.
     • DECISION. No CLA is necessary for us.

3. Review Draft 1.1 Release

   • what do we think of the way it's shaping up?
   • RM will try to get things in a good state before next meeting

4. NDSA Presentation

   • proposal document
   • sched link
   • presentation outline
     • intro the spec (5 minutes)
     • talk about implementatios and then detail Harvard's implementation (10 minutes)
   • reframing ocfl for not technologists - making migrations easy, combating vendor lock-in, no software dependencies
