  • 421:
    • Change algorithms, we should give a note on how to upgrade the digest algorithms and the impact on digest algorithms in the inventory -- Simeon will take this --> #430
    • 3-1 editors split on whether the last SHOULD in #425 should be a MUST; Andrew H. agrees that it can go forward
    • Rosy will look at wording a non-normative note for what to do when inventory files are not included in previous versions.
  • 423:
    • Andrew H will make the change and submit for review
