allow_local_set_state |
allow_local_set_state(flag) - sets the local flag to either 1 (true) or 0 (false); the default is true. If flag is true, then the item's state is changed on a "programatic" set (i.e., local control). If flag is false, then the item's state is changed only when the device acknowledges it's state change via a BSC event or info message |
