  • A related issue is, if we want to rerun a three reps workflow on 2 reps dataset, we need to manually remove the 3rd rep
    • We can fix this by removing the 3rd rep since it is not computed
    • Then we need to figure out whether an input is original or not, which can be a challenge
• Will update the production site with the no archiving version

  • It seems that jobs with inputs from the CyVerse Data Store failed to get submitted to Agave
