Update wording of portal and verification emails to reflect batch reviewing of requests

🤔 Longest PR title ever?

This PR makes two small text changes to the admin portal. The text changes reflect that from July, 2024 we will begin reviewing new verification requests and updates as a batch every Tuesday each week. The purpose of this change is to help set expectations for folks who submit verification requests.

Text has been changed in:

• TEXT version of verification email
• HTML version of verification email
• Final (details) page of new Form wizard
