Atlantis doesn't log pre_workflow_hooks

Can you expands on this? What is the expected behavior and what is actually happening? Pre workflow hook does have limited logging, since it just runs one off scripts.

I'm running Atlantis on ECS fargate which has its own observability issues. Since the plan and apply continue even if the pre workflow hook fails, it would be nice to see the output/errors from these hooks in the logs. Currently, I'm trying to generate an atlantis.yaml file in the pre workflow hook which appears to be failing since the plan isn't following the expected atlantis.yaml config.
