Version 2.0.1 had an ambiguous help description of short parameter -t. In this version v2.0.2 -t maps to --nthreads only.
This version contains code and data used in the peerJ manuscript (2023/2024).
Notice that the github default "Source code" files do not contain the submodules, so please download file uvaia-
v202_with_submodules.tar.xz if you want all source files bundled together (including biomcmc-lib and WFA).
