Upload Fail On The Android Application: Try connecting the dexcom receiver to a PC that has Dexcom studio. Open Dexcom studio and see if the data imports. A wild guess is that this may reset the receiver USB port and it should work then. If that fails you can also try a reset that involves putting a straightened paper clip into the hole in the back of the dexcom receiver and holding it gently in the hole until it vibrates. WARNING: This paper clip reset should only be done after contacting Dexcom. It is something they have advised to do for the HWBBT error on a receiver. Also check your USB cable this error is sometimes related to a bad cable.

Nothing shows on the charts: If you have data in mongodb but nothing shows on the charts then maybe you need to set the correct time and date on your Dexcom receiver.
