When testing another PR I noticed that the date picker year selection in the docs (the double chevrons) do not display the correct color. When the next year is disabled, the double chevron is grayed out for a half second and then displays black as if it should be clickable. The same happens with the next year button.

Go to the docs and enable year selector and then click the next/prev year buttons to recreate the issue.
