This PR includes following changes:
Cycle and Module Sidebar Mutation Fix:
Resolved an issue where the graph was not instantly mutating in the Cycle and Module sidebar when an issue was updated, start or end date updated. Previously, users had to hard reload to see the changes. This has been addressed by updating the action in the store.
Cycle and Module Sidebar Stats Fix:
Rectified a issue where the sidebar stats incorrectly displayed zero for unassigned issues, even when some issues were not assigned to anyone (same with labels). The retrieval logic has been updated, along with necessary adjustments, to ensure accurate stats.
Other Cycle and Module Sidebar related Stats Improvements:
Implemented various enhancements to improve the overall functionality and user experience of the sidebar stats.
