Setting confirmCommit in the skipQuestions option exits the prompt without saving #142

The skipQuestions option lets you skip prompts during the commit process. When confirmCommit is included in this option, it will not prompt you to confirm your commit message. Without confirmation, the commitizen will exit with the "Commit has been canceled." message and your commit will not be saved. I'm not sure if this is intentional behavior, but it caused some confusion when I tried using this tool in my project. If this combination should not be supported, it'd be nice to show a warning or error as the config is loaded.

I still have the issue. I had to remove confirmCommit from my skip options to be able to commit
