Description

Add support for Python 3.9-3.10 and Django 3.2 to CI test matrix.

Why should this be added

These are the latest supported versions of Python and Django users are using

@jonathan-s Current version in master supports Django 4.0, but is not yet released. Is there any way to push out a minor revision?

Please see #399 where @ZuluPro is considering adding another maintainer to allow this to happen.
