How to Install PowerShell Core

PowerShell (Core) is the new hot thing, which will eventually replace good old Windows PowerShell. We are also the new hot thing, so we want to use new PowerShell with our application. If PowerShell (Core) is not found on your computer, application falls back to Windows PowerShell, so it is currently optional to install PowerShell (Core).
Lazy Admin uses PowerShell for execution of PowerShell commands.
