  1. Add suport for gRPC over UNIX sockets 

    GoBGP has had support for its gRPC API over UDS for a while. This adds
support for them, as it can be useful (security, multiple GoBGPs running
in network namespaces, etc).

This implementation follows what the GoBGP CLI does:
