GoBGP has had support for its gRPC API over UDS for a while. This adds support for them, as it can be useful (security, multiple GoBGPs running in network namespaces, etc). This implementation follows what the GoBGP CLI does: https://github.com/osrg/gobgp/blob/v3.27.0/cmd/gobgp/common.go#L312
