And of course the second I merge this I realize we don't have a redirect for https://www.gatsbyjs.org/contributing/gatsby-docs-translation-guide/. Can we put in a PR for that? |

Description
Split the translation guide into different files:
This lets community members easily see the information that pertains to them directly from the sidebar based on their role (starting new repo, contributor, maintainer) without having to find it in one giant doc. I rearranged some of the information and added additional sections to aid in document flow.
