@ragyhaddad this PR has escaped our attention far too long - really cool work!!

We've decided to merge this as-is and then make a few cosmetic changes after merging. For example, we'll rename it to quickstart_pandas and make it the basis of a Pandas quickstart tutorial.

@ragyhaddad this PR has escaped our attention far too long - really cool work!!

We've decided to merge this as-is and then make a few cosmetic changes after merging. For example, we'll rename it to quickstart_pandas and make it the basis of a Pandas quickstart tutorial.

Not at all - Thank you for giving it your time. I will make a follow up PR with a more elaborate example for FedAnalytics hopefully opening up flwr to be all you need for federated ml and analytics. Really great initiative and simple design on you guys end
