Qiskit Sphinx Theme 2.0.0

To upgrade, if you are already using the qiskit-ecosystem theme, you likely do not need to do anything. If your project is a member of the Qiskit ecosystem, sidebar_qiskit_ecosystem_member: True in html_theme_options in conf.py

If you have not yet upgraded to the qiskit-ecosystem theme, refer to the migration guide.
