Core Use Cases

The core payroll use cases cover the following areas:

  • Onboarding: Setting up the tenant
  • Management: Changing company and employee information
  • Payrun: Cyclical and non-cyclical calculation of employee wages
  • Reporting: Evaluation of wage data

Onboarding Features

  • Reuse and extend existing regulations.
  • Isolation of customer customizations in a regulation.
  • Further developments and updates take place in additional regulations separate from the production regulations.
  • Extend existing business cases, payroll calculations and reports.

Employee and HR Adminitrator Features

  • Access from custom data and cases such as leave.
  • Consistent entry of all business data as cases.
  • Special cases are already taken into account during data entry.
  • Each case can be scheduled, limited and canceled (including automatic retro-calculation).

Payroll Manager and Payroll Analyst Features

  • Periodic payroll runs including one-time payroll runs
  • Multi-stage legal payroll with integration of external services

Payroll Manager and Payroll Analyst Features

  • Any case can be used to provide forecast data (isoalted from work data).
  • Unlimited number of forecast payroll runs

Shared Features

  • Create reports
  • Create exchange data
