… cleanup. The original HTML files from BING are not included in the repo as they're huge and quite messy, only loading the repo to no use. -- getsatisfaction was totally nuked. As an earlier site mirror run got b0rked, all that was left was grabbing what remained in the search engine caches (used the BING 'cached' option). HTML pages have been roughly cleaned after the fact. GS pages are a mess, though. :-( 'fixes' jimmejardine#218
