Test for migrating pipeline

Fix sass @extend bug

FIxes @extend bug introduced while upgrading sass. The bug caused more classes than needed to be created which in turn misconfigured how form css acted.

Avoid unnecessary rebuild of the project

Remove the extra gulp build that would cause other projects to fail due to not matching dependencies from sass-common.

Enable use in bower-less projects

Build the dist/ directory as a post-install task. This is for compatibility with projects not built with bower.
