Added SLEM CCE numbers #12109

Description:

  • This PR added CCE numbers necessary for SLEM product

Rationale:

  • At the moment we don't have such numbers and they will be used during the development of SLEM profile_

The remaining CI failing is already fixed. A rebase should make it green.
