Solution: Make sure that FinZeroMQ.cmake is present in cppzmq's build (binary) directory

Solution: Make sure that FinZeroMQ.cmake is present in cppzmq's build
(binary) directory. That way cppzmq can be used from build/binary directory directly for all the cases.
