Hello, I am Abdelfatah KERMALI a PhD Student at CESI LINEACT Lab graduated from Higher School of Computer Science - Sidi Belabbes, Algeria Passionate about modeling complex systems with proficiency in Mathematics, Statistics, and Algebra, while enhancing control and decision-making capabilities within these systems through the application of Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Operations Research (OR) Technics and brings these solutions to life with my Software Engineering Skills 🤓.
