用最新的版本的ffmpeg生成的OGG视频文件在Chrome浏览器和IE浏览器中无法正常浏览

在使用过程中用ffmpeg生成的最新版本的视频文件，无法在IE和Chrome浏览器下正常运行。而换回ffmpeg 2011年的版本运行生成的视频文件，可以在浏览器中正常运行。

这次我终于记得在Windows下测试视频文件了。现在我把视频格式换成了WebM，在Linux/Mac/Windows三种平台下我都测试了，都可以看。
