Should integers be subjected to format_sci?

E.g., when I report the number of rows in my dataset, I'd rather see 19961 than 1.9961 × 10^4

-> replace if (!is.numeric(x)) return(x) with if (!is.double(x)) return(x)?

Sorry but I never took the time to look into the code management part of github, only the author pestering part ;-)
