Stitch warnings

Hello,

When using the function stitch, I have the following warnings (using knitr v. 0.5). The generated file: test.Rnw should add quote to global SweaveOpt

                                        ^
In addition: Warning message:
In stitch("test.R") : test.Rnw already exists
Warning in parse_params(opts, label = FALSE) :
  (*) NOTE: I saw options "fig.path=figure/latex-template-, fig.align=center, out.width=.6\linewidth, fig.width=6, fig.height=6, par=TRUE"

Oh, I thought I had fixed it in 6395f0f, but it seems I forgot to quote results='hide'... will fix it soon. Thanks!
