  1. Avoid buffer underflow in CDEF pad_into_tmp16()

    In rav1e::cdef::rust::pad_into_tmp16 while fuzzing:
    AddressSanitizer: stack-buffer-underflow
    
    The pointer into the buffer was negative-offset for alignment, but
    a one-stride offset is also required to ensure that writes occur
    within the bounds of the buffer.
