Adding a standalone PCR read example, because it is useful. Slight refactor of include.am and headers.

My U-boot test case is:

  • U-boot extends PCR 16 using wolfTPM bindings
  • Linux boots
  • Using wolfTPM's example/pcr/read the value of PCR 16 is read back
