This adds the commons-lang library as of version 3.1. This is the last version supporting Java 5 and brings many bugfixes over the currently used version 2.6. As for version 3.0+ new package names were chosen so using both versions alongside is not problematic. In the next step though the old version of this library should be removed and any method calls rewired to the newer one.
