It's needed in Dokku configuration where is virtualhost naming is enabled (i.e. DigitalOcean)

Hi @DenisIzmaylov, Are you on Dokku 0.3.10 or greater? If so, then you should uninstall this plugin and use the built-in domains plugin. See #15 for uninstallation instructions. |

It's needed in Dokku configuration where is virtualhost naming has been enabled (i.e. DigitalOcean). In this cases PORT for all apps is might be identical (5000) but IP are different (172.17.0.*).
