- Move the fonts abd their scss to `build/media_source/fonts` - Modify the the css build script so it copies the fonts and the compiled css to `media/fonts`. - Use a `filelist` field for selecting the fonts => No need to edit `templateDetails.xml` anymore for adding new fonts. - Dynamically register the asset so no need to edit `joomla.asset.json` anymore for adding new fonts.

Changes done in a similar way as in other, previous PRs and as in Hannes' PR joomla#25760, but for real null values only.
@wilsonge Each file is changed with one commit, so you may cherry pick.
Please check each commit if it belongs to com_content table and your PR, or if it affects other stuff, too, and either merge some of that or give me feedback about it.
