Integration test for wazuh-agentd statistics

Description

Hello team!

The wazuh-agentd daemon already has statistics that are dumped to <installation_path>/var/run/wazuh-agentd.state(Linux and UNIX based OS) or <installation_path>\wazuh-agent.state (Windows) file every agent.state_interval (internal configuration) seconds.
This feature was extended by allowing remote requests by the manager to obtain that information in real time

Test List:

• Configuration: check valid and invalid values and wazuh-agentd behavior
• State file: check non existence if it's disabled. check refresh interval is accurate if it's enabled, check existence if it's enabled despite manager's status. check that content is valid
• Remote: check that's is always accesible despite file is not enabled. check that content is valid
