If items.mht contains an empty group definition like "GroupA|GroupB||GroupC", misterhouse fails to start. This simply skips over the empty definition instead of bailing out with a compile error.

if the states of an object (eg. a Thermostat) do not contain "%" javascript handels those as numbers which do not have indexOf/toLower methods. This commit always converts the states to string before using them.

if "X-Real-IP" header is found, the value is usd as the clients ip address. Without this change all state log entries contain the IP of the nginx proxy instead of the real client.
