Code for various projects related to PhD research.

The folder abaqus contains file for data extraction from Abaqus output files.

• The extract_coords.py file extracts the coordinates of the nodes from the output file.
• the get_pressure.py file extracts the pressure values from the output file.
• The get_velocity.py file extracts the velocity values from the output file.
• the get_vorticity.py file extracts the vorticity values from the output file.
• The inp2vtk.py file converts the inp file to vtk file with data written from the above files.

The DMD folder contains the DMD code for the data extracted from the Abaqus output files. It plots the DMD modes and the mode spectrum.
