But what about all the file permissions?

These parameters were only intended for different packages... but the pr will destroy nothing.

Actually, the file permissions for the files managed by this module are correct. We encountered a few problems with files/folders when switching to a new user on an existing setup which was done with the icinga user and had icinga running with that user. For that rare use case, I wrote a small puppet task which will fix the problems. If you are interested in that task, I can provide it as well.
