Reddunt 2.0.0.0

  • I localized the whole code, and that's mean we can now translate the app to other languages. Right now, just PT-BR, but contact me at @vitorgrs if you want to help the translation to other languages or open pull request.
  • Full Screen Mode! Go ahead and tap on the 3 dots and tap on Full Screen button.
  • If you are on Anniversary Update, you'll notice better battery efficiency.
  • Integrated with Feedback Hub. Just tap on the 3 dots, and then it will open Feedback Hub. You can give feedback there, and we'll see it!
  • Fixed bug that the medium tile wasn't showing Reddunt's logo.
  • XAML bug fixes
  • Optimized for Hololens!
  • More coming soon!

1.2.6.0

  • Now you don't need to go to 3 dots, and "Go to user" etc. Just tap on user or subreddit name! One small change, but it did take me a lot of hours to get it working.
  • Beginning now, I'll start the work on the Redstone (Anniversary) Update. You'll just see some backport updates for TH2, and I may release it just 2~ times per month. Expect some really good features!
    So consider this as "Reddunt RTM/LTS version" for TH2 :)

  • Black all the things! Message Inbox and Profile now also have black background.
  • Now you must tap on user name to enter profile page, not "user".

- Better organization on Reply, Collapse, etc. More improvements on that soon.

  • Black is now black, and the app now looks gorgeous on AMOLED/OLED screens, improved battery life!
  • Baconit, and the logo, now removed on the SplitView. More space to display content.

- The app now checks for update in background every 15 minutes, not 30. You should get notifications faster.

  • A lot of UI refinements, like:
    New app bar, new icons for Up Vote, Down Vote (and colors), now the app use the default CommandBar, changed color of SplitView Panel, using accent colors for links on About section, and improved login design page, all of that following Microsoft Design Language.
    More UI improvements coming next month!
  • Notifications should be more reliable.
  • Improved Telemetry so we can track bugs and kill them!

AppX for offline installation. It may work on Xbox One and IoT.
