Fix incorrect information in the "default config object" shown in API.md
Why is this Pull Request needed?
To fix incorrect information in the documentation, differences were found by looking at the default config in the source code: https://github.com/video-dev/hls.js/blob/master/src/config.js#L23
Are there any points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Nope, but another pass at the default values would be welcome incase I missed something
